1️⃣ Schedule Your Online Appointment

Choose a time that works for you using our Calendly booking system.
This reserves your session with a commissioned Virginia e-Notary.

2️⃣ Receive Your Online Notarization Link

After scheduling, you will receive a link to the secure Remote Online Notarization (RON) platform that will be used for your session.
This platform may be NotaryLive, OneNotary, Notarize, or another Virginia-approved provider.

Important Timing Notice
Please open the platform link on the day of your scheduled appointment to complete any required steps.
Different RON platforms activate document upload, ID verification, and payment at different times.

Do not click any button that says “Start Session,” “Begin Notarization,” “Meet with Notary,” or similar until your exact appointment time, even if the platform prompts you to begin.

3️⃣ Join Your Online Notary Session

At your scheduled time, use the link to join your live video session.
Your notary will verify your identity, review your document, and guide you through the signing process.
4️⃣ Sign, Notarize, and Download Your Document

Once your notarization is complete and payment has been processed according to the platform’s requirements, you will receive a secure link to download your legally binding notarized document.
You can save it, print it, or send it wherever it needs to go.

How It Works

• Standard notarizations are paid securely through the RON platform used for your appointment.
  Depending on the platform, payment may be required at booking, before the session begins, or immediately after notarization.

• For business clients, title companies, or repeat customers, invoicing options are available upon request.

• All payments must be completed before any notarized document is released to the client.

• Each notarization session complies with all Virginia eNotary and Remote Online Notarization (RON) statutes.

  You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID during your session.

• Payments, refunds, and rescheduling may be handled through the RON platform used for your appointment or directly through NotaLink Services, depending on the platform and booking method. All platform-specific policies will be shared with you before your session.

• Once a notarization is completed, fees are non-refundable.

NotaLink Services cannot notarize vital records (such as birth, death, or marriage certificates), court-issued documents, or any documents with blank signature fields.
