Loan Signing Services (RON Real Estate Packages)

Loan signing fees include notarial acts, document coordination, and the additional time required for real estate transactions.

Fee Range:
$100 – $175 per loan signing package

Evening and weekend sessions are proudly offered at no additional cost.

Virginia law limits each electronic notarial act to $25, and any additional cost reflects service or technology fees charged by the Remote Online Notarization platform. All fees are shared with you upfront and confirmed in writing.
